Let me develop an integrated exercise program that will meet your individual needs. The primary goal of most of my clients is improving bone density due to osteoporosis or osteopenia, but I am able to create programs focused on increasing muscle strength, weight management, and chronic conditions, such as arthritis, diabetes, and multiple sclerosis.
