Option 1: One-on-One Personal Training

Working one-on-one with a personal trainer provides an aggressive approach to building overall bone density and muscle strength. I am nationally certified and have completed extensive training specific to patients with osteoporosis or osteopenia, as well as arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, and many other chronic conditions. Individual training sessions are available at any time of the day that is convenient for you and start as low as $25 per session (25-minute sessions, with the purchase of a package).

Option 2: Buddy Training*

Share the expense of your workout with a friend. Receive the same quality instruction at half the price. Couples work out for the same price as a single.


*Buddy Training is only available for 55-minute sessions.

Option 3: Small Group Training*

For the specific purpose of increasing bone density, one-on-one personal training is recommended. However, small group training is an affordable alternative to private sessions. The cost is as low as $20 per session.

*Small Group Training sessions run a minimum of 45 minutes, lasting up to 55 minutes.

*Small Group Training currently has one opening on Mondays at 11:30.
